Experimenting w/ TLC5916/17

I got the color mixing solved due to my missing the fact that I was leaving the OE low instead of high.
continuing on ith my next set of issues. I wrote a switch routine to read two switches that when closed it jumps the code from the RIDE routine to a TURN routine and the code is terible, it tends to mix all three routines together. Then laying in bed last night it dawned on me, the decoder chip HT12D outputs a 45 bit nibble. This might be easier than switches.

I had a code that I wrote but I was missing a few items so Tumbleweed over at Electrotech got it straighten out.
Here is the result using the BRIGHTER LED matrix.Have a TLC5916 for each color and one TDA2783APG as a high side driver.
I need to add the HT12D decoder chip to this board. The transmitter is located on a seperate board w/ a HT12E encoder and two tilt switches.
