Here are the zip files on a temp controlled soldering iron that is PIC controlled.
It has an auto shut off after 10 minutes
Two LEDs to indicate heating ON or OFF
a beeper to warn of auto shut off soon
a separate power supply that sits on the floor and has flashing LEDS to indicate when transformer is powered.
These files have only the pic circuit. I need to finish up the power board. In the middle of toner transfer the 2x board.
will finish up the power board and post schematic and board as well. Presently the power board is on perf board. The PIC circuit is designed to hang from a shelf to free up bench space. That's why the power enclosure are on the floor.
When the unit shuts off the transformer is disconnected from 110v main thus saving power.
