Hi, I just want to point this out if you are using the diptrace Freeware version software with 300 pins limit, then you can Email diptrace for a FREE registration key, this then gives you an higher pin limit of 500 pins and your able to use 2 layers on PCB designs.

Ive really enjoyed using it! and its easy enough to make your own symbols/devices.

As mentioned in another post, Searching Librarys in Diptrace schematics and PCB design seem to be a tedious tasks!.

So ive made my own library and anyone is welcome to download it and use for themself.

The library contains alot of items ive used in most of my projects.
(note that this library is only for diptrace PCB Layout and not for diptrace schematics).

The Library includes:
Headers,Leds,Tact Switches,caps,resistors,crystals,jumper,LCD header,ICSP connector,NES connector,DMX connectors,40pin DIP,SD Card,USB connectors.

download file and unzip: and then put the file into the directory which you installed diptrace too, example..
C:/ > Program Files > Diptrace > Lib
Hopefully you can share yours with the rest of us!

Where can I find the LED screen on the pcb designer? also im using the large size matrix found on futurlec rather than the regular matrix that Brad uses on most of his projects
