I'm looking for Benchtop Power Supply recommendations. I don't want to spend a lot. Safety is important for some but I think going through a couple of chips is cheaper than buying top of the line.
The 6502 chip line is sensitive to static electricity. I don't know if I will go in that direction but I know that chips range in 1.8 volts, 3.x and 5 volts.
I thought that buying a benchtop power supply would be safer than building my own.

Re: Benchtop Power Supply Recommendations?
I guess the good thing with power supplies is that their is generally not a lot to them and as such, it's not necessarily a bad thing to buy a cheap one. I would recommend getting a switchmode power supply though due to the energy efficiency.
