A six legged crawling robot (DLR crawler) is used for developing and testing autonomous, vision based navigation. DLR`s humanoid robot Justin, an experimental system for research on bimanual dexterous manipulation, shows its dynamic sensing and movement capabilities by catching balls tossed in its direction.
