I saw a video on how to make your video go viral for electronics or Kickstarter and it had some good tips. You can basically save yourself five minutes by following the simple formula but if you want more information, you can spend five minutes watching the video (or just fast forward to 2:01 in the video):

Emotion + High Level of arousal = Viral Video

Low arousal = contentment or sadness = little excitement

There wasn't anything bad in these videos but Karen has some good tips about how making your video go viral involves a lot of work and this could be important for electronic and Kickstarter projects because electronics may or may not be exciting for everyone in the whole world.
