Hey brad just came back from holiday, and also finished the 8*8 game system,but i am expiriencing some problems and i have checked and there is no short circuit, i have wired everything as the schematics and it still wont work, also i cant upload the games to my pic how so.
Help me i am lost.

Hi and welcome back!
I'd love to help out but I need some more info as to what is happening with your 8x8 game system.
My first question is - how are you programming the microcontroller? (what type of programmer are you using and is the microcontroller in the 8x8 game system when you program it?)

vcc and gnd are not shown on the schematic for the 74373 chips right?
