Hi all...

Me again :D

Ok... heres my amp project !!!

I am amazed by the tiny amount of components needed and also by the quality too... a fantastic little chip...plus it runs fine on a 9v battery too !!

Hi Gav,

Thanks :) I must say again I'm amazed at the quality, the vid does it no justice

It did get very hot with a smaller heatsink running off my bench PSU, drew about 1/2 amp at 9v. Running on the little 9v supply with that sink ( stolen from an old laser printer ) it's cold to touch.

Thx :)

The next stage is to build another identical one, get a dual gang pot and an Ipod line in/charge desk stand thing.

Then I'll have a stereo ipod dock that will charge too.

I think I'll make the cabinet out of wood and make it look old fashioned ... maybe oak
