Hi. I have been thinking on making a animated frame with different colors (RGB) or a clock and i would like to ask how to make this (What circuit should i use or i can use a Aduino)

If you are quite new to electronics / microcontrollers then I would certainly recommend trying the animated frame first.

To make a clock with perfect timing is quite a challenge.
