A while back I showed the A Pod videos in the video section. They are now for sale but I think this kit was designed by someone else. I don't know where you are going to get the insect shell for the robotics but maybe someone can ask the author to get it measured on a CNC machine but you can find the A Pod for sale here and the PS2 robot controller is sold seperately:
